Lom Nava Co-op which was incorporated in 1989 is a 78 unit townhouse complex consisting of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes, 4 of which are accessible. The Co-op provides both market and subsidized rental units.

Lom Nava maintains a recreation room with a full kitchen available for member use. Each unit has a garage or 2 parking spaces specifically designated as applicable at no extra cost and is equipped with the hook up for a washer and dryer. With easy and convenient access to transit, schools, shopping and three major highways, Lom Nava is the ideal family community.

The co-operative is governed under the Co-operative Corporations Act of Ontario; therefore the residents are members, not tenants who pay a housing charge, not rent. The Board of Directors is comprised of 7 members whose job it is to oversee the management of the co-operative. The Board is responsible for the hiring of the management company who tends to the day to day operations.
